focal flo — terms of use

welcome to focal flo ("focal flo," "we," "our," or "us").

these terms of use ("terms") govern your access to and use of the focal flo mobile application, website, audio content, and related services (collectively, the "platform").

by using focal flo, you agree to these terms.

1. eligibility

you must be 13 years or older to use the platform.

if you are using focal flo on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept responsibility for the minor's use.

2. health disclaimer

focal flo provides audio-based breathing exercises, listening activities, vocal warmups, and movement guidance.

focal flo is not:

• • counseling or psychotherapy
• • a diagnostic tool
• • a substitute for professional care

consult a physician before beginning any breathing exercises, listening activities, vocal warmups, or movement program, especially if you:

• • have a medical or psychiatric condition

• • have breathing or cardiovascular issues
• • experience dizziness or fainting
• • have hearing sensitivities

stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel pain, lightheadedness, shortness of breath, or discomfort.

do not use focal flo while driving, operating machinery, or in any environment requiring your full attention.

3. accessibility notice

focal flo is primarily sound-based and relies heavily on audio cues, binaural elements, and music-driven instruction.

users with hearing impairments may not be able to access all features.

we aim to expand accessible options in future updates.

4. user accounts & privacy

you may be required to create an account to access certain features.

you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

by creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

your personal information is handled according to our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. payments, subscriptions & renewals

some features require payment, which may be billed through:

• • stripe or other external platforms

by starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

all subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

if pricing changes, we will notify you in advance.

if you unsubscribe, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

—belongs to focal flo and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

you may not:

• • create derivative works

without express written permission from focal flo.

7. license to use

we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your own non-commercial purposes.

we may suspend, limit, or terminate access for violations of these terms.

8. user conduct

while using focal flo, you agree not to:

• • attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
• • misuse audio content for redistribution
• • upload or transmit harmful code
• • interfere with platform functionality

we reserve the right to block or remove accounts engaging in prohibited behavior.

in jurisdictions where limitations are restricted, liability is limited to the amount paid within the last 12 months.

use those services at your own discretion.

upon termination, all granted licenses immediately end.
